Project Description : Provides for the survey, design and preparation of construction documents for the replacement of several segments of sanitary sewer main as follows:
Sewer Main segment north of US Highway 80 on Bahamas Drive and Flamingo Way. The existing main in this location is severely undersized and 57 years old.
Sewer Main segments on Majors Street, Kathy Drive, Riggs Circle and a large main in Bennett Branch Creek south of Riggs Circle from South Mesquite Creek to Plaza Drive. The large main is also undersized and is 64 years old. Location maps are attached to illustrate the location of these mains.
The mains will be replaced with a combination of conventional open cut trenching and trenchless pipe-bursting methods. |
