Each class will tailor to the need of the class. From puppy training up to more advanced obedience skills like being able to sit, lay down and stay with distraction. When the dog has mastered their skills they can earn an AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate upon test completion.

American Karate is designed to condition the body, discipline the mind and develop self-confidence through training, basic kicks, hand techniques, stances and self-defense tactics.
American Karate is designed to condition the body, discipline the mind and develop self-confidence through training, basic kicks, hand techniques, stances and self-defense tactics. Advanced American Karate will cover more difficult techniques including: jumps, turning kicks, joint locks, arm bars, and self-defense techniques.
Achieve fitness, self-control and discipline through the practice of katas (detailed choreographed patterns of movements), self-defense, sparring and weapons training.
This course focuses on how to deal with the physical threats women face in today's world. It addresses the mental, physical, and emotional challenges involved. Students will finish the course with a strong foundation in self-defense.

This training class will start with the fundamentals of dribbling, passing and shooting and move to in-depth instruction. Agility training is also included to develop explosive power and speed.
